Extra Blog December

This month I have been spending lots of time watching my hockey coach. I am a goalie, and the goalies have to split the games. since I don't play every game, I watch what my coach is doing, while on the bench. I have analyzed his pros and cons. it is very helpful to see what causes our team to win and lose, and to see the quick decisions that are constantly being made. I have learned a lot from just sitting and analyzing what the coach does. I have 3 coaches, and each one has a different style. some are more successful then others. their coaching methods are also very different.
